Nothing big to report on this week. Emily continues to chew on her hands and anything else that she can get into her mouth. There is nothing nicer than an Emily hand covered in spit slapping you right on the cheek. Oh, the joys of parenthood!
We have discovered that she really enjoys being in her swing now. We keep finding that things she didn’t previously like are now her favorites--her rainforest gym, the clicky toy, and now the swing. We have to keep reminding ourselves to reintroduce things that may not have held her attention before.
I’m not sure whether I reported on her 3-month weight and length last week. As of June 25th, she was 12 lbs. 12 oz. and 24.5 inches long. At some point she’s going to have to stop growing so fast, but so far she is not showing any signs of slowing down.
